Wave Spring Innovation
We’ve incorporated an innovative wave spring design in the Pace-Hub, which replaces the traditional ring spring. This wave spring design features multiple support points, resulting in smoother, more precise propulsion with each engagement.
The integrated ratchet and wave spring design not only improves the hub’s performance but also makes maintenance easier, as the spring remains coiled firmly within the hub body even with the freehub removed - no bouncing around!
Built for Strength and Speed
The Pace-Hub doesn’t just perform well—it’s also built to last. Made from high-strength 7075 aluminum, the axle, driver body, and end caps are durable and light. This high strength-to-weight ratio makes the hubset durable while keeping the weight low, at only 275 grams (90g front and 185g rear).

Maintaining the Pace-Hub could not be easier: designed for tool-free servicing, the Pace-Hub’s end caps and freehub can be removed by hand—no cone spanners or specialty tools required.
